Softphone Setup
1.
Install the software on your
PC using the installer. After installation you will be prompted
to adjust your audio and network settings. Select the Sound
Record Device (E.g. Sound Card or USB Phone) and click next
to continue.

On the second screen select Sound Play Device
(E.g. Sound Card or USB Phone) and click next to continue.
3.
Select your preferred talk mode.
4.
On the Sip Setup screen select the first
option Yes, I already have a sip number and click next.
5.
On the Sip Details page enter the setting
as below
Friendly Display Name : Name
Sip Number(or User Name) : TalkScan Account/Sip ID (Found
in Account Summary page in My Account)
Sip Server(Proxy and Domain) : sip.talkscan.co.uk
Sip Password: VoIP Pin (Found in Account Summary page
in My Account)
Click Finish to finalize setup.
6.
Setup will check and configure Network properties.
If required uncheck Use uPnP to find external IP Addresses.
8.
Congratulations! Your Express talk is now
ready for use with TalkScan. Dial 902 to confirm
your settings.
